Save job seekers accounts, resume profiles, employers accounts and jobs at any time via export into CSV file feature of JobMount software.
Lists of contacts saved via export feature can be used for back ups or transferring to another application, i.e. mass mailing system for newsletter send out, accounting software, social network or other job board technology.
Data retrieval example:
Select contacts to save via Admin accounts management pages: employer or candidate accounts, resumes or jobs as per any criteria and save into CSV file (spreadsheet). Fields for exporting can be configured via admin area. A selection of existing contacts can be retrieved: by specific location, industry, job title or newsletter subscription status. Supply selection criteria in software admin / contact search form.
