Other forms (contact us, send job to a friend, etc.)

There are also several default forms available for you to use with JobMount job board. These include the following:

  • Contact us
  • Refer a friend
  • Send job to a friend
  • Send resume to a colleague

Each of the forms is accompanied with a corresponding email template, more info on each of the forms below.

Contact us form

1. Navigate in admin to

Settings: Forms & search: Contact us

2. System will open a list of fields which are currently configured for the Contact us form:

3. Edit the form by:

– Adding new fields (review Field types).
– Editing existing fields (change Fields properties).
– Changing field sequence (Changing field sequence in forms)

Corresponding email template is called “Contact Us” and is available for you by default. You can change the subject of the email notification, add/edit content if needed.

Refer a friend form

– Editing existing fields (change Fields properties).
– Changing field sequence (Changing field sequence in forms)

Corresponding email template is called “Candidate. Refer a Friend” and is available for you by default. You can change the subject of the email notification, add/edit content if needed. Please be careful editing the variables on this email notification ($referfriend_first_name, $referfriend_last_name, etc.) or contact your job board account manager for assistance.

Note: by default, the Refer a Friend form is not visible on the job board. You can access it using the following URL:

Send job to a friend form

1. Navigate in admin to

2. System will open a list of fields which are currently configured for the Send job to a friend form:

Corresponding email template is called “Candidate. Vacancy Send to a Friend” and is available for you by default. You can change the subject of the email notification, add/edit content if needed. Please be careful editing the variables on this email notification ($sendtofriend_friends_email, etc.) or contact your job board account manager for assistance.

Note: the Send Job to a Friend form is disabled on the job board by default. Consult with your job board account manager if you want to use it on your site.

Send resume to a colleague form

2. System will open a list of fields which are currently configured for the Send resume to a colleague form:

3. Edit the form by:

– Adding new fields (review Field types).
– Editing existing fields (change Fields properties).
– Changing field sequence (Changing field sequence in forms)

The email template that matches this purpose is titled “Employer: Forward to a Colleague”. It comes as a default option for you. You have the flexibility to modify the email notification’s subject and edit its content as necessary. However, please exercise caution when making changes to the variables within this email notification, such as $sendtofriendresume_friends_email. If you require assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to your job board account manager.

Employers can access this form after conducting a resume search in their account and opening any of the discovered resumes:

Notes

  • Don’t change existing fields’ Short Name as it may cause negative impact to job board’s functionality. Edit only the Name field if it’s needed.
  • When creating a new field, make sure the Short Name is unique within this particular form.
