Steps to follow:
1. Open the form for editing, i.e. job post settings:
2. Drag & drop the fields by clicking and holding the # of the field.
Drag the field / line higher or lower and drop to save the new positioning.
3. Job board application will update both Admin page and Front end / user content page.
