The Sitemaps protocol allows a website owners to inform search engines about URLs on a website that are available for crawling. In fact it is a list of the pages on your website. Creating and submitting a Sitemap helps make sure that search engines know about all the pages on your site, including URLs that may not be discoverable by search engines normal crawling process.

Sitemap XML file is creating by JobMount job board software automatically based on all static pages, jobs, resumes and landing pages. It is also automatically submitting to main Search Engines upon the website update.

You can setup presence and priority of static content pages via admin:

Make sure that "Site URL" in Site Parameters match web-site domain name.

http://www.yourjobboard.com/sitemap.xml
