Resume search

Employers can search resume profiles using keyword search by selected fields and resume files uploaded, search by zip code radius and select categories or locations. Job board clients can save resumes, save searches and create resume agents.

Keyword search & selection by categories
Both candidate resume profiles and attached files are keyword-searchable. Boolean logic is AND – all keywords are compulsory. Job board owner can configure the software to have specific fields and attached resume files keyword-searchable via job board software admin. Employer can also select resumes by industry category, job type, location or status.

In case of multiple resumes from candidate available within one search the most relevant resume will be displayed.

Resumes & searches management
Employer can save resumes and specific searches. Messaging software allows employer to contact job seeker. Employer can also forward resume to a colleague.

Resumes alerts via email
Recruiters can subscribe to new resumes: multiple resume alerts can be set up within job board software account.

Resume files upload & indexing
Candidates can attach doc, docx, rtf, txt and pdf files to their profiles or resumes.
These files will be automatically indexed by job board software so that text content is parsed and linked to candidate profiles.
You can turn resume indexing on or off via admin.

Candidate can create multiple resumes and manage privacy
Candidate can set following properties to any of his/her resumes:
– Anonymous checkbox will hide contact details for all employers.
– Searchable checkbox will fully remove candidate’s resume from search.

Admin: configurable resume search form & results page
Quick, advanced and admin resume search forms are customizable via admin.
Resume search results info (columns) can be customized via software admin.
